David Rayvern Allen

Thanks for writing the article. A few years ago I contemplated writing one myself, but couldn't find enough information on him for it to seem worthwhile. You've done much better, but I was able to add his year of birth and that he had been a musician, thanks to the one helpful reference to him that I managed to find back then.
