Request reason:

There are hundreds of sources of Open Platform as a Service on Web. The references are to legitimate 3rd party sources to which I have no affiliation. In fact there are no references at all to any companies whatsoever in the the article so it is very suspicious I would be blocked and my article slated to be deleted. My username is OPaaS because I am into this computing model, not because I am promoting it. I will change my username to ComputerComet52 if you like. With no references to any product or company it makes no sense someone could claim it is promotional.

Decline reason:

Use {{unblock-un}} if you want to make a username change request. -- Daniel Case (talk) 03:40, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

Allowing username change to ComputerComet52 (talk · contribs). Please put this request in at Wikipedia:Changing username as soon as possible to avoid re-blocking.
