WSOP news

Do you have a source for your update to articles such as John Barch for these money finishes in this year's WSOP? It would be quite handy to add that reference to each of these articles. - Dravecky (talk) 01:28, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rickard Österberg

Hi Creet!

I'm rather sure Österberg moved during that season. At the beginning he is listed as Swedish and has been in the events before. Later in the season he is listed as Norwegian and that doesn't change afterwards either. I also read two interviews with him, done at PTs/GPs. In the first one he says, that he is from Gothenburg. In the second one, which is was done later he claims to be from Oslo.

The question that still remains whether players should be flagged with respect to their nationality or their residence. Actually that is not even a corner case, when you think of Antonino De Rosa, Amiel Tenenbaum, and Trey Van Cleave (I guess). I prefer residence because we are in accordance with the DCI then, but I'm not really sold on any approach yet.

Alain Ngamayama

With regards to your recent edits to List of German football transfers summer 2010, could you please provide a source for the fact the this transfer was an April fools joke? I have seen nothing that suggests that the source isn't genuine. Sir Sputnik (talk) 21:40, 1 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind I saw your edit on the talk page. Sir Sputnik (talk) 21:42, 1 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Red Link Recovery

Hello. As a

Red Link Recovery Project has been using the Red Link Recovery Live
tool to track down and fix unnecessarily red links in articles. Recently, the tool has been expanded to work on non-English Wikipedias. A small set of suggested fixes for red-links on the German-language Wikipedia have been prepared and I'm hoping to interest some German-language speakers (such as yourself) to work through them.

If you are interested, please visit http://toolserver.org/~tb/RLRL/quick.php?lang=de. Each time you refresh the page you'll be presented with three new suggested fixes. I'll be happy to answer any questions on the tools talk page. - TB (talk) 17:44, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for November 4

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of Magic: The Gathering Grand Prix events, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Portland and Providence (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
