Warning users with no edits

While working

orgnames, it is generally held that there is not an issue unless and until the user makes at least one edit. For whatever reason, every single day dozens of accounts are created that never make a single edit, so in many cases it is simply a waste of time and resources. MilitarySpending.svg

Hello. Sorry if I was rude when undoing your reversal of my adding of MilitarySpending.svg — I was caught in another argument by that point and it spilled. In any case, I wanted to ask if you think I should really add labels for all countries? I tried that with some smaller countries, and it seemed to clutter the image, detracting from its clarity instead of adding to it.
