I am not sure where the plastic surgeon got his data from. P&G supply Dantrolene in 36-vial packs, so that may well be the reason that this is the statistic he quotes. I am sure that MH is rare and that most anaesthetic departments have some dantrolene handy for the eventuality; the question is the source most suitable for this fact.
