Adding links to Wikipedia

Hi. The best resource to understand which links are eligible for inclusion in Wikipedia is the

external links policy, as well as "What Wikipedia is not". Also, editing should conform to a neutral point of view. There is a complete set of policies and guidelines, along with a summarized list of those policies. You're welcome to discuss the issue on the talk page of the article under consideration, in this case Talk:Web 3.0, so that all editors interested in the topic may have a chance to discuss it.
