Well, once again I feel like I'm talking to myself, but if anyone is out there listening, I feel like the CIRCLE stuff and maybe the Kettering Foundation bit that I added today might be more at home in the significance section. So. If anyone out there is doing that section and decides to do some editing, I'd suggest looking at that stuff first. If you want to steal it, I'd do so. Just let me know beforehand. For when anyone actually looks at this, I've been working on the process section and I know that it's a little rough, but I intend on fixing it as I do more research.
