Although the topics are closely related they are entities by themselves and can be discussed independently. At least mortgage yield can be. To merge them would not be entirely correct. A better idea would be to elucidate the relation between them on both their pages. What say? Nshuks7 (talk) 13:44, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
- Agreed. Finnancier (talk) 05:24, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Sorry, you were right. I should have looked at the his last edits, too, which were clearly not vandalism. Thanks for catching that, and I changed it back. SU Linguist 15:54, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

But "principal is adjusted" by what means? I sure am not going to kick in more principal for this "adjustment". What if the principal has to be adjusted downward? Is the issuer taking it away from me? Thanks for any info you can offer 198.49.180.40 00:52, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Organize options spreads, strategies
Boy there are a ton of articles, spread out that don't say much individually on these topics. Is there a place to discus a better form of organization? Or do you have a draft plan?
As for specific questions raised on
Let me know what I can do. But I'd start with rewrites on most of these articles for style (more simple straightforward info, and less "instructions")

Requesting Guidance
Hello. I'm new to the wiki community and would like to start working on editing the property insurance page with the help and collaboration of more experienced contributors. Do you think you can help me?Lgkkitkat (talk) 17:24, 9 May 2014 (UTC)
Requesting Specific Guidance
Perhaps my initial request was too vague. There is a recommendation that the Chartis article be merged with AIG's page. I think the Property Insurance page could be strengthened with parts of AIG's page since it shows how current events and emerging trends effect it's regulation by the government. Hurricane Sandy and updated payouts of the WTC are not on the Property Insurance page either - which to me seem to be relevant. Do you think adding more information would be beneficial to the Property Insurance page? If so would you be interested in collaborating what facts should be included? Any response would be kindly appreciated. Thank you.Lgkkitkat (talk) 18:04, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
