Hey there. That is fine. I wasn't sure whether the articles you made were all the same or not (generally when something has the same name, it tends to be redirected). But in your case, yeah I think I will delete them since they do not apply (but that won't stop others from creating an article about them if they wish). They will notice them from the disambiguation page you created. For future ref though, if you want to make a redirect, all you have to do is go on that page you want to ref (example Oxygen intoxication, then enter #REDIRECT [[Insert non-formatted text here]] and between the two [[ ]] you put in to where you want that page to go to (and in this case we want Oxygen intoxication to go to Oxygen toxicity (because they are one and the same) so the redirect page will look like this: #REDIRECT [[Oxygen toxicity]].
