Hello Freedom's Falcon 222, I am a journalist at The National newspaper in Abu Dhabi (www.thenational.ae), we circulate throughout the Middle East.

I noticed your name on the list of Arab Wikipedians and wonder if you would be interested in talking to me for an article.

It is about the recently proposed changes to the Wikipedia editing rules (http://www.journal-online.co.uk/article/5405-wikipedia-proposes-moderatorapproved-editing).

If you are interested in talking to me, please email me on: [email protected] (preferably with a phone number) as soon as possible. Also please include your location.

Many thanks, Oliver Good. Olivergood (talk) 10:34, 15 March 2009 (UTC) Olivergood 14:34, 15 March 2009 (GMT+4)[reply]

Amman Workshop 11-12 April 2012

This research project (which I am part of) is looking for participants for a workshop in Amman in April. The workshop is about representation of and by the Middle East and North Africa, in various language Wikipedias, and looking at barriers to contribution and ways to overcome them

In particular we are interested in those who edit from or about the Middle East, either extensively, or who have been discouraged from editing more due to on-wiki issues.

Full details at http://www.zerogeography.net/2012/02/open-invitation-to-workshop-in-amman.html.

All the best,

Disambiguation link notification for February 15

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Kamel Mahadin, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages United State, Jordanian and Karak (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Jerusalem

Hello FF222,

There is no many natives from Palestine in wikipedia. I am happy to meet one.

You will succeed in nothing but making lose time to everybody in engaging to edits such as the last one that you made in the article Jerusalem. You can imagine the number of contributors who follow that article.

The current lead is very controversial and there is an RfC (Request for Comment) to amend, modify or keep it.

Be patient and above all, follow wikipedia policies starting by

WP:AGF and 4th pillar
and keep in mind the 1st one too.

Good work, Pluto2012 (talk) 13:19, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Jaeger-LeCoultre colaboracion

Hello Freedom's falcon 222,

Nice to meet you.

I work for Jaeger-LeCoultre, the brand is delighted to know that Wikipedia users wants to get closer to the brand. That’s why we decide to propose a new version of this article in order to give to the community more information about Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Accidentally we publish the new article version on the article page and we change the old version. Our intention was to publish it on the Talk Page of Jaeger-LeCoultre. If you want, you can move it to the talk page. But if the article stays on the “article page”, I will assume that article has been valided by you.

I will look forward to hearing from you and thank you very much for your collaboration.
