Re: Not vandalism

Well the edits you made certainly weren't constructive. The problem is with the time zone template. –

OK, how about a compromise? To be honest, I don't see the need for the {{

The need is to have a constant format for time zones which can be easily implemented and can evolve. I won't discuss on the revisions you have made on UEFA Euro 2012 qualifying Group C because I think that kind of discussion must be in template tz. - Galmicmi (talk) 11:44, 25 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being minor in the usual way.

For established users such as yourself there is

WP:MINOR
). If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of

Bering Standard Time

Notice

The article

because of the following concern:

I can find very little evidence that Bering Standard Time is (or ever was) actually in use. Web results link back to Wikipedia and the dictionary entry cited in the article, or some mirrors thereof. Google Scholar and JSTOR return some results (which seems to confirm Bering Standard Time is UTC-11), but all seem to be in reference to locations near Alaska or the Aleutian Islands, which the article doesn't mention at all. Midway Atoll, the one location the article claims uses Bering Standard Time, uses Samoa Time.

Ok with me for the proposition of deletion of
Bering Standard Time if there is very little evidence that Bering Standard Time is (or ever was) actually in use. Also, as I haven't edited the page for a long time, I'm not sure I'm the right person you can ask it for .Galmicmi (talk) 14:02, 26 November 2022 (UTC)[reply

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be

deleted for any of several reasons
.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
