I've once again restored defocus in several places; we sometimes need to make the distinction. For example, it makes absolutely no sense to talk about “blur spots” and “general blur spots” in the same context. Please don't remove these references again. Unfortunately my browser expanded the page just as I clicked on "undo", instead it hit "rollback vandalism" instead. The reason for the undo was that you cannot use Wikipedia itself as a reference as, ironically, it's classed as an unreliable source.
