In order to comply with Wikipedia's formalities, we need to have his permission on file in order for us to accept the image. Could you ask him to email [email protected] with a statement granting permission for his work to be depicted in the photo File:DavidRosen.jpg under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0 license?
