Star Wolf

Hi, welcome to Wikipedia! (I left you the welcome notice up there, you can take a look at those links if you want; they really help. :)) I noticed that you moved the text of the

Star Wolf (Star Fox Series)
, which was fine, as that should have been done since Star Wolf is the title of two different things. However, I just want to mention a couple of small mistakes that I fixed so you won't make them by accident again!

  • When you want to move an article to another title, instead of cutting all the text from one article and pasting it to another, simply move the article using the "move" tab on the top of the page (it's up there with the "edit this page" tab.) That way, instead of just the text being moved, it will also move the entire page's history (the history can be accessed on top with the "history" tab.) That way, it will preserve all the previous edits that were made to create the current text.
  • Also, I moved the article to
    Star Wolf (Star Fox Series)
redirect there. When choosing a title, it's best to keep the wording in parenthesis as short as possible. Also, if you have to put a word like "series" in the title (if the other one exists already or something), make sure it's lowercase, and the words in the proper noun (Star Fox) are the only ones capitalized.

Like I said, it was just two small mistakes, which I've fixed. Thanks for letting everyone know that there are two things entitled "Star Wolf", and creating the disambiguation for it. Happy editing! Robert 22:07, 2 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. Robert 02:26, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
