I think you misunderstood the reasons given for deletion. Nobody said it should be deleted because the I stood for "India"; all ]
No. The first two links are to press releases, which means they're not independent of the subject. The third is independent of the subject, but hardly constitutes "substantial coverage". As for the other points you claim, we determine notability on the basis of coverage from reliable third party sources. If being the world's first international IT job site was so notable, wouldn't newspapers and magazines have written about it?
Anyway, this debate is moot, because I have no authority to overturn the consensus of the deletion discussion. If you believe that there was no consensus, you have to go to ]
