I have taken out parts of the biography that I believe may have been misconstrued as "non-neutral". Namely, that of his political allegiances and deeds as well as his upcoming work. I believe that is what constituted the worry about it being an autobiography, correct? Thanks for your input.

No, the entire piece reads like it was written by Prof. Sheehi or by someone close to him. Prof. Sheehi should wait for someone who is not close to him to create an entry in Wikipedia, using reliable sources independent of him. Please see
