Despite the artist claiming "On the Floor" was her first single from Love?, the reality is that title belongs to "Louboutins". Even if "Louboutins" is not included on the final tracklisting it was still released in promotion of the album when the album was being released under Epic Records. Additionally there is no need to differentiate between Epic/Def Jam recorded songs or promotions. At the end of the day Lopez said she is taking the record (that means the recorded songs and singles) over to Def Jam. Thus whether Sony/Epic or Def Jam funded the album or not makes no difference.
