- Once a decision to delete a page has been made at a deletion discussion, that page may not be recreated unless the reasons for deletion have been addressed. If it is recreated, it may be deleted immediately. Nothing in the new version of the article that you have written suggests any notability at all. Generally speaking, most individual roads in cities are not notable enough to be the subjects of encyclopaedia article. (It seems to be a peculiar characteristic of people in Hong Kong to think that every road is notable.) Notability is not inherited: a road is not notable because it is associated with notable people. Since you have asked, I will give you a little time to ass some information which was not available at the time of the deletion discussion to the article to indicate that the road is notable.
