Sorry, from your previous question I got the idea that you were going to set up a new article consisting only of your translations. Of course you can translate and quote important parts of the law in a relevant article (see ]
As long as the page doesn't cover the subject by only including law text and translated law text, it should be fine. Maybe the article is not really necessary at the moment, but
