Joey Graham

Hi, there! I have a few comments regarding your edits to the Joey Graham article. I'm glad that you're interested in expanding the article, but I have a few pieces of advice that you might find helpful.

  1. Be sure to maintain a dry, objective tone when you're writing. A phrase like "A+ potential with consistency of a D-leaguer" is a bit too cutesy for an encyclopedia article, I'm afraid. Just present the facts as they are, and let readers form their own opinions.
  2. Be sure to cite all your sources. This is particularly important at Wikipedia, because of the open-editing rule. We need some way to know that what you've added to an article is correct. The Joey Graham article does contain a few references, but I'm not sure how some of them support the claims made in the article.
  3. If you're writing about someone, try to refer to him by his last name, rather than his first name.

I hope this is somewhat helpful. I know it can be discouraging when people reverse your edits without a reason. If you have questions about the Joey Graham article, or about Wikipedia in general, feel free to leave a message on my talk page.

I'm not sure why it was deleted. Would you like to post the content here first? I can let you know if there are any problems with it. Zagalejo^^^ 04:48, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
