As I have been warned in the past, and told to take off my last user name, I have adhered to the rules that other mods have given me! I, very rarely, just offer an external link, and do so only with documents of interest.
In my contributions, I have submitted written text, that is neutral, and SOURCED. The Black Vault site has become known for rare, and never before seen documents obtained from the U.S. Government. The declassification stamp on many of the documents prove no one has ever seen them outside the U.S. Government before. It is for this reason I see them as a genuine contribution.
If I add the text, and no source. That's wrong. If I add the text with a source, that's now wrong too.
What can I do differently that will allow me to contribute? My source, albeit one site, is THE ONLY SITE THESE DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM! This is verifiable by anyone... please, by all means, try and search for these OFFICIAL documents anywhere, and you will not find them.
So why is it I am in trouble?

P.S. Last week I received a letter from a veteran of one of the squadron histories I posted, and referenced in the Air Force section. He thanked me whole-heartedly for doing so, as he found his name listed in the registry, and he's never seen it. These documents are of value, they are neutral, and they are verifiable sources for the information put into the articles.
- Neutrality is an important objective at Wikipedia. Unfortunately your conflict of interest editing involves contributing to Wikipedia in order to promote theblackvault.com. Such a conflict is strongly discouraged. Your contributions to wikipedia under Blackvault, Johnbv417 and IP 24.24.168.235, consist entirely of adding external links to theblackvault.com and is considered WP:Spam. Looking through your contributions as a whole, the all seem to be theblackvault.com related only. It has become apparent that your account's and IP's are only being used for spamming and for self-promotion[1]. Wikipedia is NOT a "repository of links" or a "vehicle for advertising" and persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted. Any further spamming may result in your account and/or your IP address being blocked from editing Wikipedia.
- Avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines.
- Links to this site are repeatedly added and there has been significant breaches of policy by theblackvault.com.
