Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu article instead where there is already a reference to cross-training between those two sports. Finally, in case you didn't know it, your search engine ranking is not increased by having links form Wikipedia as Wikipedia is specifically excluded from the search engines' ranking algorithms. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Shabby chic. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
