That is unreal! I'm unfamiliar with most of these rules and regulations, but upon reading the whole investigation, I come to understand that I'm being suspected of being a previously banned user who evaded block.

I'm not by any means a sockpuoppet of the user, nor I'm any how associated with them. Regarding mutual the editing, the user It's Keya has clearly stated it here how they followed my edits and edited two of my pages upon noticing them: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Mostly_shoaib&oldid=1133867984. I don't know why I'm being blocked based on just suspicion, when the accused and proven guilty subject, themselves denied owning or being associated with this account. I'm requesting to be unbanned.
