Topics

Hey Kameron. Of the topics you've presented, I think

WP:MEDRS first. Nikkimaria (talk) 14:14, 16 October 2012 (UTC)[reply

Good start with this. Avoid phrases like "The latest government epidemiological data" - first of all, it may not be updated regularly, so you should define a date (eg. "According to a 2011 government report..." or similar), and secondly, since this is an international project, you need to specify which government - don't assume your reader is US-based. Spell out contractions and words like "third", and don't capitalize symptoms. A general copy-edit would be a good idea. You might consider changing the order of your subsections. I'm a little concerned about your choice of references: per
WP:CITEHOW for what information should be included. Nikkimaria (talk) 14:18, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply

Hey group. The article's long enough now that you could remove the stub tags at the bottom. Beyond that, take a look at your reference formatting - you've still got a couple of bare URLs, and you should try to make the format as consistent as possible between references. Student orientation: how to edit Wikipedia

Hi! I hope you're excited to edit Wikipedia as a part of your class this semester! Since this is likely a new way of completing an assignment and the community norms and expectations are new to you, we've created this awesome orientation for students. It covers a lot of the basics of editing Wikipedia and ways you can use your coursework to improve the encyclopedia. It takes 1-2 hours to complete, and I believe this thorough introduction will save you time in the end. It will help you figure out how to create content that sticks and can serve as a reference throughout your editing. I hope you'll take a look and see what you can learn about the work that goes into creating good articles. Good luck with your assignment, and thanks for editing! Disambiguation link notification for November 9

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Scopophobia, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Desensitized (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
