Hi, Kcasper11!
When you requested feedback for this new article, you asked for information on "how to highlight other terms and link them to other Wikipedia pages". It's very easy.
First, click the "edit" box at the top of the page. Then, in the edit box, simply use the cursor to highlight the word or phase that you want to link to a wikipedia page. Then click on the icon for "links" in the top bar of the edit box (fifth from the left). You'll get a dialogue box that either says "page exists" or "page does not exist", with the options of either cancelling or inserting the link.
If you click on "insert link", it will insert the code for the linked page. However, before you save that page, it's a good idea to click on "preview" and then click on the new link in your article, to make sure it takes you to the page you wanted to link to.
For instance, just playing around, I tried linking to Washington State Digital Archives - and got a link to what I think is the correct topic. However, I also tried linking to "Ralph Munroe" in the first line of your article. There is an article about someone named Ralph Munroe, but the fellow in the article was a yacht designer in Florida in the early part of the 20th century - probably not the Ralph Munroe you were meaning.
Also, sometimes if dialogue box says a page exists, it may be a very general page. For instance, I tried out "Secretary of State" from the first line of your article - and got a very generic listing. The
