I thank you for addressing this. It looks like majority of the changes are justified now. One thing not resolved though: that source you presented, as far as I can tell, does not say anything at all about "Americana", or any other of those genres that you added. (Swing, new wave, etc.) Can you provide a different source? Or point to where in that interview that he mentions those genres? If not, it should probably be removed...
