Largest city in Kerala

I have reverted your entry in the Kochi page. Reason: Kochi is the largest UA (

urban agglomeration
) in Kerala. But if you consider the city alone, it is the second largest in Kerala.

  • The area of Kochi city is 94.88 km² (37 sq mi)
  • Area of Thiruvananthapuram city is 141.74 km² (55 sq mi)
  • Kochi city population =~ 564,589 (2001)
  • Thiruvananthapuram Population =~ 744,739 (2001)

Sir,

The map produced in the article Kingdom of Cochin is accurate. Please don't revert my edits without further talks here.

  • The map is of 12th century. It is based on facts and is not misleading.
  • Kayamkulam, Ambalapuzha and Attingal were not part of the Kingdom of Permpadappu in the 12th century.
  • The map does not glorify Venadu, as it is not shown in the chart.
