What I meant by my help desk question was that a certain message keeps reappearing on my talk page. It is currently viewable in my archive. I will highlight it by means of magenta font colour. I've looked into the archive, and the warning is showing up because you removed another user's image and replaced it with one of your own. Your own image did not have proper copyright information, while theirs did. While it may have been a bit much to accuse you of vandalism, replacing the image was not the proper thing to do. And the warning was replaced because you removed it from your Talk page, which is considered bad form on Wikipedia. There is no way to "block" it from being added to your Talk page, but if you discuss the matter with that user, you should be able to come to an agreement. -- Kesh 00:17, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You earlier weighed in on the above DRV, but made your opinion based on only the partial information availible, as you could not see the versions of the article in question. I'm involved as a deleting admin. I beleive in fully informed opinions, even if that means the opinions may go against me. So I have placed both the AFDed and G4ed versions of the article back in the creator's user space so that they can be seen, given that they are the core of the discussion. If you have time, and are willing to return to the DRV discussion, you should be able to give a much more fully imformed opinion on the issue this time. - TexasAndroid 13:29, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Here are the two pieces of legislation added to the userfied article. Both were entered into legislation in Texas and passed as law after the article was userfied. The first legislation requires every school district within Texas to adopt policies regarding Teen Dating Violence. The second legislation (called "Jennifer's Law") is to award posthumous diplomas. The deleted article has all relevant references and are fully cited in newspapers as well as legislative records.

• On February 5, 2007, the Texas Legislature's State Representative Dawnna Dukes entered a bill to require school districts in Texas to create policies regarding Teen Dating Violence. This bill was created in memory of Jennifer Ann Crecente[13] and Ortralla Mosley.[14] Jennifer Ann's Group provided testimony on February 8, 2007 to the legislature in support of this bill. Governor Rick Perry signed the bill into law on May 18, 2007 and it immediately went into effect. [15]

• On February 15, 2007, on the the one-year anniversary of Jennifer's murder, Senator Eliot Shapleigh entered a bill to grant posthumous diplomas to students that have been murdered during their Senior year of high school. The bill is named "Jennifer's Law".[16] On May 28, 2007 the bill was signed in the Senate and passed to the Governor Rick Perry for signing. It will go into effect upon being signed or September 1, 2007, whichever occurs first. [17]

Also, although it has not been added to the article, the subject of the article has been a story on the Montel Williams show.

I noticed you left a message on this talk page, and am a little confused about the comment. The revisions done yesterday were updating the "designer" field to refer to the designers on each of the projects, and the only links added were to the wikipedia pages of these people if they already existed. After reading your fine comments (DGG and LaughingVulcan) I think the best continuation is to follow your proposal, LaughingVulcan when you just wrote: "I'd rather take a day or two now to reduce the chances of it being deleted again, then take the risk and see it disintegrated instantly by a passing Admin." This is why I remain without action during this day, before you will have finished your editing of the text for which I am very grateful to you, of course. After all, I just want to express that I do not complain about other editors at all. On the contrary, I am lucky about your cooperation and willing to follow your advice. To avoid any further misunderstandings, I communicate openly on the talk pages. It would have been easier for me to observe and just resign. But I identify with Wikipedia readers - that's it. Kesh, please look at one of the most recent communications from Ttturbo which appears to summarize his mindset and goals. Given its content and the nature of the back and forth communications of the past few days, I'm suggesting that the best course going forward is to not directly engage Ttturbo any more. Even the most conciliatory and rational communications with him prompt suspicions of secret police machinations and accusatory responses. There seems to be a deadline approaching over the next five days that is driving his crusade. It's possible that once this deadline passes, Ttturbo may move on to other projects. I'm thinking of placing this same message on other key players' Talk pages as well. Thoughts?

Hello Kesh, thank you for your very kind help, recommendations and input. I would like to contribute to the best Encyclopedia for the future generation. My english is not very good and I am completely illiterate, I am also the LPIB (least paid Investment Banker) in the world, the worst Billiard player in the World the eldest guy on the internet. I am also completely uneducated unable, have no cv no skill, no knowledge no nothing but I am definitely kompletely illiterate and incapable of publicising any film or screen writing I have never made. What I mean was to contribute for free for ever and with absolute, integrity, honesty and honour to share with the public the thousands of mistakes, errors, bad judgements and bad choices I made in my wonderful life. I would also like to propose to create the illiterate club (following the advice of my brother Thierry) and have already a few thousand people unwilling to participate to this new peaceful, friendly unachievable project to improve this materialistic edonistic meritocratic world.
