I reverted your removal of a vandalized picture of downtown. It turns out a vandal uploaded a bad image over the top of an image that I had uploaded. I reverted the image and undid your image removal. I guess you should have checked out the image first this time. Anyhow, I have never seen this type of vandalism before. I reverted your addition of Dahmer to category:people from Wisconsin, since he's already in category:people from Milwaukee. As with all categories, if somebody is in a category which is a subset of a broader category, then they don't get put in the broader category. Thus, Milwaukee's own Stanley G. Weinbaum doesn't go in category:science fiction writers, because he is in category:American science fiction writers. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
