Your unblock request per e-mail
I am in receipt of your unblock request, which I decline. Your request does not convince me that you understand what the problem with your upload was. The problem was not just that you "violated copyright by not following the proper OTRS channels to obtain permission for media", but that you uploaded files with positively false copyright license tags, and that you did so even after being indefinitely blocked at Commons for the same misconduct. Even if I were to agree to unblock you under the condition that you do not upload any images ever again, your long list of blocks for various other misconduct leads me to believe that I cannot trust you to adhere to any conditions of your unblock and that you would not be a net positive to the project if unblocked. File permission problem with File:VSS Disassembled.jpg

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Masur (talk) 18:22, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
