DSE

Nice translation. I had some edit comflits with you. Go ahead, I will continue later.  Andreas  (T) 16:38, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Good job. I'll try and take care of the problem with the image. It needs to be uploaded to the "commons" wiki so that all language wikis can access it. By the way, if you're still learning the markup and stuff, the best way to do that is to use the "Show preview" function frequently, that way you can try out a tweak without actually committing the edit to the history. Fut.Perf. 17:19, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
We have a problem with that image, because we have no source information, and the claim on the Greek wiki that it's public domain seems a bit doubtful to me (50 years old photos are not normally out of copyright yet in most jurisdictions). The uploader on el-wiki seems no longer to be active. If you could find out where that image is from and what its copyright status is, we could transfer it. Fut.Perf. 17:26, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the tips about "show preview" Future Perfect. Am I right in thinking that it does not show you links in action etc?kritikos99 17:45, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Try it out, it does. :-) Fut.Perf. 17:47, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I guess my links just aren't working.... Any chance you could look at the table of contents? kritikos99 17:50, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Links that are not active will show in red. Usually that is because of a difference is spelling, so
Markos Vafiadis. This gives you the opportunity to correct them.  Andreas  (T) 17:52, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply
]

Do not put the table of contents into the article. You should mark section headings with double equal signs, then the table of contents appears automatically. (If you are editing this talk page, see ==DSE== above to see how it works)  Andreas  (T) 17:57, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Fut.Perf. 17:57, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Greece?

By the way, have you already met your friendly neighbours from the WikiProject Greece? Must get you in touch with Yannismarou and the other Greek history buffs there. Fut.Perf. 20:05, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Not yet had time to be in touch, nor even investigated WikiProject Greece, but will do. Thanks for mentioning. Can't say I'm that much of a history buff, but certainly interested in helping with the project. kritikos99 15:20, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Andreas, thanks for the tips re table of contents. I understand now.kritikos99 15:20, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

DSE article

I changed the npov tag you had placed to unreferenced. Was there something particularly pov that I didn't notice? Treiskaitetarto 06:18, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I may just not be familiar enough with policy in this area. I am very new to Wikipedia. It just sounds like the whole world is against the DSE... Others might say that more atrocities etc were committed by the left. Should the article be more balanced or is it justified to only present a Left viewpoint because the article is titled DSE and therefore looks at things from their point of view? I don't know. kritikos99 10:19, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Call Me Burroughs

Thank you for that clarification regarding Ringo's apartment. That was how I intended to write it in the first place, but didn't. Simple carelessness on my part. At any rate, thanks! ---

Disambiguation link notification for February 13

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Albert Lee, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hot Band (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
