I have moved the page. I felt that the original title was more appropriate for the title of a tract by that organization than for an encyclopedia article. Not to mention that I do not believe anyone will type that title in full in the search box. I've made the appropriate adjustment in the Calico disambiguation page. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 21:31, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

Thanks. I think that's a much better title than the one I originally gave it.--Kudpung (talk) 03:04, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

Geograph images

Just to let you know that Geograph images are {{cc-by-sa-2.0}}, not {{cc-by-3.0}}. There is a difference. J Milburn ([[User talk:J Milburn|talk]]) 12:11, 16 July 2009 (UTC)

Thanks. Noted. It doesn't say on the Geograph site (or I couldn't see it).--Kudpung (talk) 12:20, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
If you follow the link on the Creative Commons logo, it tells you exactly which license it is. I will fix the errors for you. Note that, when uploading from Georgraph, you can click the "Find out how to reuse this Image" link, which will take you to a page that provides all the details, formatted correctly, that are required for uploading the image to Wikipedia, under the title "Wikipedia Template for image page." J Milburn (talk) 13:03, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
I'll post this here as well as on my talk page, (just incase J Milburn doesn't know about it, and it helps him/her!) There is a tool to transfer images from Geograph to Commons here.

Parish Navboxes

It is a bad idea to have parish navboxes, as they are designed to provide navigation between existing articles. In Worcestershire we have articles on settlements, not civil parishes. I have started work on improving

New College Worcester

Hi Kudpung. Thanks for your messages concerning New College Worcester. I can see that it does need some serious work doing to it to bring it up to scratch. Unfortunately I don't know very much about the school, although I'd be happy to take a look at it some time and see what I can do. It might be a few months before I can do anything though as I'd need to spend a few days doing some research into the subject, so I'll have to wait til I get some time off work. Cheers Paul Largo (talk) 16:25, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

Looks better now. Well done. When I get some time I'll look for some more references, etc. Paul Largo (talk) 16:48, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

Hi. Can't really add much to the article, but have done a copyedit and removed a broken reference. Hope this helps.

Thanks for tidying up St Augustine's High School, Redditch. I'm having a bit of a go at Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre. Could I possibly ask for your help in uploading the Trinity Logo from [1]? I get confused about fair use rationales and usually mess them up. Thanks, Jonathan A Jones (talk) 16:21, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

No problem Jonathan. i'll do it for you :) --Kudpung (talk) 16:32, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Many thanks for this and your other edits. However I suggest that in the context of Bredon, Kinver and Malvern, "Malvern" is manifestly a reference to Malvern Hills not Malvern, Worcestershire. Jonathan A Jones (talk) 18:21, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

You're probably right - I come from Malvern and seem to have it on the brain at the moment  ;) --Kudpung (talk) 18:36, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Constituency articles

There is a standard format for constituency articles (see the project on them). These remain work in progress, as it is a massive undertaking to get everyhting into them. Please do not delete headings even if there is nothing there yet. They should be needed one day, but if you delete them, they are liable to be restored in the wrong place. Peterkingiron (talk) 22:39, 29 July 2009 (UTC)

Hmm, I don't see how having empty sections on a page is useful to the reader. If there's information missing it's easy enough to leave a note on the talk page for the actual editors about what needs to be added. By all means, stick to the standard template, but remember the readers and how empty sections will help them.

Hi Guys, There is an MOS policy about empty sections and a maintenance tag exists for it. I'm assuming that this problem has been generated in good faith by a bot handler (BrownHairedGirl) who may be unaware that empty sections are not conducive to good page design. Any editors who are interested in Constituencies as a topic (I'm not), could always go back to their pages and populate them after an election without having a template made for them, as Nev suggests. This could however take weeks - or even months or years, so I don't quite understand the need to create empty sections for elections that haven't taken place, or might not even happen. After all, there are only about 700 constituencies in the UK, and one person could handle that alone manually.
Now what would be really useful would be a bot to create basic pages for all the schools in Worcestershire that don't yet have articles...  ;) --

Wyre Forest area

Kudpung I thought you might like to know that in September 2006

Wyre Forest District in England. By August 2009 it has over 2100 articles solely related to the district. We are able to have much more localised articles on that site than would be appropriate for Wikipedia. The site is at Wyfopedia. --DonBarton (talk

Gateway Elementary School merge

Umm,do you think twelve hours is sufficient to declare consensus on this? It's already obvious what the outcome should be, but let's let it go just a bit more to allow for more comments, alright? Radiopathy •talk• 17:47, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

Stagecoach

Yes know that, I made the Stagcoach in Northants page any way, and the links were redirected to Stagecoach in Northants when Connect Wellingborough and Corby Star were merged with Stagecoach Northants in June so is pointless to put the links back. Likelife (talk) 13:26, 7 August 2009 (UTC)

Places of interest on English counties

The places of interest on English counties in general suffer from widespread over iconing. Sortable table would look much better and would read alot easier. However while not a county Wolverhampton is really what wiki is about a paragraph of text .Not a list or a list with random icons . Anyway I don't really care either way 86.42.78.36 (talk) 14:50, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

It's a subjective guideline .If you don't like an edit revert. I don't really care 86.42.78.36 (talk) 15:11, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
It's nice to see you've grasped the use of sarcasm. I made an edit , you objected wanting it explained. So I re-edited and posted an explanation in edit summary and the talk page. So how have I failed to grasp talk pages is beyond me. I've expressed a lack of interest whether the icons stay or not .Not the entire project . remainder of message removed to article talk page.--Kudpung (talk) 15:54, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
