Hollandia Produce
Sorry, I wasn't aware with the standards of citing Dun and Bradstreet. Those were the pages I couldn't read, the company pages were readable (sorry if my edit summary was confusing). I removed the company refs because they are self references and thus not very reliable. It introduces COI and makes the page look like advertising. If the company is notable enough it shouldn't be a problem finding other sources for those facts. Some of the other refs I removed were short offhand remarks that I didn't think were reliable enough. Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference
Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.
On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true
. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false
in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.
For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of

Minor edits
Hi, I saw you created some good articles over the years, but I wanted to point something out: you have marked an insane number of your edits as "minor", when most of them are not. Please refrain from marking every single one of your edits as such, as it makes it look like you're trying to mask changes you're making. You may have accidentally turned "mark all edits as minor" on in your preferences, so please check that. Thanks, Steven Walling 05:58, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
Thank you for this note. I have unchecked that preference. Leoniana (talk) 13:16, 17 August 2011 (UTC)
Brad Lamm file
As long as he has given you permission to use the file, we need to have proof of that. As a general rule, non-free files are not allowed for use when the subject is living. The files for living people should be free use ones. Suggest you have a look at Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission, especially the section "When permission is confirmed". This details how to file with ORTS and, after that, how to place an ORTS pending tag on a file. Wikipedia:Media copyright questions can help talk you through how to get started with doing this. We hope (talk) 15:38, 27 April 2011 (UTC)

I am just a regular editor and nothing official like an administrator or Wikimedia contractor...I am an editor probably a lot like yourself. One important thing for me is to express thanks to other editors in a personal message to their talk page. This is not a template. I am just leaving this note for you to express my appreciation for your recent participation in voting for Arbatration Committee Members. Your vote is a great thing and with as many people participating as possible there is an excellent chance that we will have good representation on this committee. The Very Best of Regards,
