Hello Mateus2906. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. Hello there, MrOllie!
Im not expecting compensation for my edits. If you are referring to my recent edits on the page “Cheetah Mobile”, I’m just a big fan of the company and want to inform the Wikipedia about their products, since there has already been the “Products” part.
When seeing your last revision on that page, I didn’t really understood why you’ve deleted everything on “Products”. Is it because of this? Mateus2906 (talk) 02:24, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I’m so sorry about that! I thought I actually could put the products there :(
Won’t edit like that again! Mateus2906 (talk) 10:17, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Am I able to put Cheetah Mobile’s departments/companies/subsidiaries on the page? Or it could be propaganda as well? I won’t put any of their product there, just the companies they own. Mateus2906 (talk) 16:41, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That is almost certainly going to be unencyclopedic in nature. Any and all additions should be based on independent,

I saw that Kingsoft’s page has subsidiaries. Is that allowed to be there? Mateus2906 (talk) 17:09, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe, maybe not. Wikipedia is a large site and volunteer time is limited. Sometimes errors or content that does not agree with policy hangs around for a while until someone notices.

Maybe stating subsidiaries are not promoting anything, since it’s just saying that X company owns Y and Z company Mateus2906 (talk) 17:39, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can I invite you over to Talk:Cheetah_Mobile#Who_owns_what? I found some sources that at least partially confirm the information in the infobox. Polygnotus (talk) 23:07, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sure! I like talking about Cheetah Mobile. Mateus2906 (talk) 23:14, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I like cheetahs! Polygnotus (talk) 23:17, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can I put the products that were already in the page back to there, without describing them or putting product link? Mateus2906 (talk) 23:05, 17 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
