Hello. Being reported in the Israeli press doesn't automagically make the TAR-21 being awarded the NRA "rifle of the year" award noteworthy enough to mention in an encyclopaedia. Especially not since the award itself obviously isn't noteworthy, as indicated by the fact that it not only doesn't have its own article but isn't even mentioned in the NRA article...
