I would like to help you improve these articles. Make sure each one has a reliable reference. Some of them do, but not all of them. Thanks for your contributions, but please slow down. You're making loads of short articles very quickly: all of them have a single broken reference, none of them explain who they are to a reader unfamiliar the subject, or why they're notable. Please include references (correctly displayed without naked URLs), infoboxes, categories, and stub templates with your creations. You know more about this subject than we do, so why should we clean up after you? The next message will be official warnings about disruptive editing, which may eventually lead to you being blocked from editing the encyclopedia. • Hi there, I see that some of the editors above became quite irritable at you, but please, don't be discouraged. I've just gone through all the articles that you created and I've tidied them up a bit. Anyway, I understand that all the rules and regulations that Wikipedia has can be daunting at first, especially things like infoboxes, categories, and stub templates (which I've now added to all your creations). So take a look at what I've done and maybe spend some time editing some articles that have already been created so you can get more of a feel for how Wikipedia works (God knows we have a lot of AFL articles in very average condition). That being said, I do encourage you to continue creating articles (yours were a lot better than the rubbish I first created). The key is to say that they played senior VFL/AFL football, which means they pass
  WP:NSPORTS (the sports notability guideline) and remember to cite your sources (don't listen to the nonsense above, bare URLs are fine for beginners), especially if you are using the The Encyclopedia of AFL Footballers book, which I assume you are. Back to my main point, please don't stop, your work is appreciated (we need as many editors as we can get when it comes to old VFL players) and if you do create any more articles, or even if you have any questions at all, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page and I'll help you as best I can.
