Hows it going? I started the article SeAnO just as a joke and he is probably laughing his ar.. off at the minute so there's no hard feelings. Am I able to just delete the thing myself or is there some other way? Waverley73 01:39, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeh I figured it was a harmless joke, it didn't seem very malicious. An admin'll get round to it pretty fast. They do the attack db's quite swiftly. Edit it to blank if you want and change the db reason to Empty. Minyana 02:39, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Cool - I see it's now been axed. I just spoke to Seano and he is actually disappointed he missed seeing it.. Will try to not do this again as I know you guys like to keep it clean of nonsense. Cheers mate. Waverley73 03:08, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Should have taken a screenshot or something, heheh. Anyway, no problem, cheers. Minyana 03:14, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Olivegreen Complex

Saw you editing Olivegreen Complex to put tags on it. Remember to mark your edits as minor only when they genuinely are (see

Wikipedia:Minor edit). "The rule of thumb is that an edit of a page that is spelling corrections, formatting, and minor rearranging of text should be flagged as a 'minor edit'." . Also, this article has been created and then speedied at least twice in the last week - and the author then removed your tags. I replaced the tags, but put CSD G4 in them as I felt that that was more relevent. Hope that's ok! Inner Earth 11:14, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply

Normally do put it as a minor, must have missed it this time. Of course it's ok, and thanks, I didn't know the article was a re-creation. I normally watch articles that I suspect the author might remove the tag, heheh. Minyana 11:17, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

New deal for page patrollers

Hi Minyana,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.

Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
