Your assessment of my edits as vandalism on a page was a misinterpretation of the point I was trying to make. I welcome your comments on how best to make the point on the page or where the best place to include this argument would be.

In particular, "figure skating", "gymnastics", or "diving" are not a sports. Rather they are performance arts because each competition lacks a quantitative basis for scoring. While the event is physically demanding, the basis for success relies solely on the assessment of judges. This "scoring" places emphasis on style and form, which may vary wildly depending on taste and body-type.

Certainly real sports like football do have a qualitative component in the form of referees, their judgements only impact the score peripherally because they do not determine the amount of points given for a specific action. The measure for win/loss or success is based on the quantitative score at the end of the game.

I got an email message from another user who uses Focus Broadband, so have unblocked the range. I'll do a little more work on this. It is possible that the range is divided up by apartment complex served so just keep blocking McFly and we will eventually get all the addresses at that apartment house. Focus Broadband offers broadband services to a number of apartment complexes across the country. I have his address down to a particular apartment complex. How do you use Logos...

Hi. The image Image:Ritsuobi.JPG should include a proper source in it's image desacription. For example "this is the cover of blah blah blah". The specific book should also be actually be duscussed in the article it is included in for it's use to qualify as fair use. I question if the image is actually even a book cover. Oh, I got these questions from my previous RFA, and I thought those questions were specific enough for true admin material to answer lucratively. Anyways, IMO, the test3/test4 should be used for newcomers that are vandalizing. Although that is sort of broad, it does seperate from the usage of the bv template which should be used on a returning/repetitive vandal or against a user making racial and homophobic slurs. I don't see how to interpret

WP:AGF except "in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary, assume so-and-so's edits are in good faith". Here, so-and-so is that IP address and examining both that person's edit history and the two edits from today both are clear evidence of bad faith. You said to re-list the person if he came back and vandalized today, which he/she did twice. Now you say leave it alone because he/she hasn't vandalized in the last few hours. If he comes back and vandalizes again and I don't spot it within 5 minutes, are you going to say AGF because the person hasn't vandalized in the last 5 minutes? Just how much does it take to say enough is enough? That person has been around for months and has made dozens of edits, and as far as I can tell, every single one of them is vandalous (some RHPS expert will have to check the "Brad and Janet" one). Excuse me but I think you need to examine your own actions in this matter. The repeated AIV posts you complain about was because your original removals of those posts were erroneous, as you yourself admitted on Katefan0's page. You did not notice that the person had previously engaged in similar vandalism because you didn't examine the person's edit history as I requested. You repeatedly said the person had made "two edits" when there were dozens. You said to re-add the person if he re-started vandalizing today but you squawked when I did so. Your errors were presumably themselves in good faith but they were errors nonetheless, and I feel that you could engage in AGF more deeply by assuming, when someone reposts an AIV with a request that you review the record more carefully, that the requester might be onto something and so you should actually review the record before removing the AIV post. If you didn't want to act on the AIV, that's fine, but you should not have impulsively taken it down before someone else could examine the record and decide whether to act. In reviewing the record which you didn't bother to do, Katefan0 acted as a more conscientious admin than you did. As for your feeling unpleasant toward me, well, if you don't want me replying to you, then stop hassling me. This is a pain in the neck for me as well as for you, and it's your lack of conscientiousness that caused this exchange to use more energy than the vandal used. How are you the "creator of this work"? File:HIM logo.jpg This is as clear-cut a case of copyright violation as I've yet seen on WP. It's the intellectual property and trademark of HIM, which in turn Bam Margera has sub-licensed for a fee. Just because you drew a copy of it in MSPaint doesn't mean you created it, much less have the right to release it into the public domain under the GDFL - what if you did the same to the McDonald's M? You even gave it the filename "HIM logo". There is a tag for "logo" which you should immediately apply to this image. Copyrighted images can only be used on WP to identify the artists and works they belong to, which does not include being part of a WP editor's signature.
