Typically, in the past, the project hasn't tagged shield graphics or maps as part of the project. I think before you do any more, we probably should have a discussion about whether or not we want to continue or discontinue the existing practice, lest we end up with a very inconsistent hodge podge of what is or isn't tagged in the file space. If USRD decides to start tagging graphics or maps, please make sure that everyone knows. That way, everyone can start doing that. That being said, should those "File:" namespace pages be tagged for any WikiProjects? What about the specific state/region/city/etc. that they are in? I want to help out any way that I can, but I don't want to step on anyone's toes or have another RFC opened (just want to know what, if anything, can be done). For Michigan, I've only tagged photos. In other states so far, the only photos tagged have been used on the portal as the selected photo. That's pretty much all we have ever done so far. Just the photos used in articles that show the road, and not the maps and not the markers. If you want to change that practice, you would have to open a discussion. I've removed your talkback template from WT:USRD. That template isn't really meant to be used that way.

If you want to start a conversation amongst the members of USRD, start the conversation on that page. You don't want to point them to your talk page for several reasons. 1) The resulting discussion will be put in your talk page's archives, not the archives of the WikiProject when it's done. 2) You'll get new message indications everyone time someone posts, which may mean you'd get lots of e-mails (if you have the option enabled). 3) Most of the potentially interested people won't have your talk page on their watchlist, but they would have USRD's talk page listed. I did not know that there was a problem with the format of the dates. I have been using this script to correct all dates on pages. If there is some way that you and/or Ohconfucius (I don't know much about scripts) can "correct" the script, so that you are not offended, be my guest. Otherwise, I plan to continue to use it. I was being careful when I used the AutoEd and date scripts. I had no idea that I caused any problems. I get sick and tired of being told not to use automated scripts, etc., even when I am careful. Is JimWae correct about the dates? How do I know what dates should/should not be changed? I think that script should get updated to be able to be used without much thought. If you don't know what is correct or not, you should either leave what the script wants you to change alone or figure out what is correct before editing. If neither of those options are appealing don't use the script.
