I would like to make some changes to this article. I think that there are some additions to be made to the subsequent developments section, reformatting/reorganizing some of the other sections, finding new sources and adding some more citations. I am thinking of looking into some of the following sources: Plata v. Brown and Realignment (University of Michigan Law Review), Jonathan Simon's book "Mass Incarceration on Trial," and some newspaper articles outlining steps that California politicians are taking to implement/further build on the decision.
