Hello. Regarding your revert on the Serviço Social do Comércio article: The section I removed was the following: "Its revenues come from a 1.5 percent payroll tax on commerce workers"

As an actual brazillian worker that has held lots of different jobs, I can assure you this information is completely wrong. No worker pays this type of tax, this tax is actually imposed on companies. The article cites The New York Times, but this is just wrong, perhaps due to an error in translation.

It says: "As empresas pagam a contribuição fiscal ao governo e parte dos recursos é repassada para a entidade patronal" Translation: "Companies pay the fiscal contribution to the government and part of these resources are then sent to the patronal entity (Sesc, Sesi, Senai, etc)"

It also says: "a alíquota varia de acordo com a instituição. Atualmente, vai de 0,2% a 2,5%. A maioria está na faixa do 1%." Which means: "the rate varies according to institution. Currently, it ranges from 0.2% to 2.5%. Most institutions are in the 1% range."

Could you explain why you reverted my edit on the wcve page regarding the MHZ network tag. The afflications tag generally show the networks offical name, reguardless if the station has a different moniker, e.g. KVCW-TV using MY-LVTV for their MyNetworkTV channel and WDCA using the Fox5Plus branding for their MNTV channel. Wait hold you reverting just yet. I am taking care of many Canadian television articles and I am not doing vandalism. Please do not use the American format on most Canadian television articles. I know you will focus on a lot of American television articles. I am sorry and I am upset on using the American format on Canadian television articles. So for my request could you unfollow all Canadian television articles and I like the previous format better. If you can accept my apology as long I did not do vandalism and I like the previous format. Could you unfollow all Canadian television articles if you promise me. Thanks User Mvcg, I will remove as many small fonts as I can. I'll do it for you but I can't finish it all I will continue to remove some small fonts the next day. Since you reverted TBN DTV and text because it was "unsourced", it has a SD simulcast of DT1 on DT5, which replaced TBN Salsa on most O&O's, while some still have that latter's network. CentralTime301 (talk, contribs) 18:43, 13 October 2019 (UTC)

In the infobox, the "call letters" parameter is supposed to be nothing but call letters. Otherwise the FCC "Public license information" links aren't created farther down in the infobox. See Template:Infobox_broadcast. 63.226.200.123 (talk) 17:02, 16 October 2019 (UTC)

Greetings and felicitations. I noticed that you reverted my edit to WYCN-LD with the comment "Why?" I made the following changes for the following reasons:

• "[channel 10]" to "(channel 10)" in "(shared with NBC affiliate WJAR [channel 10], owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group)" : Because that string is nested in parentheses, and I am unaccustomed to using square brackets in that case. See, for instance, the Wikipedia:Manual of Style itself, which currently has six instances of "))".
• Changing "
  MOS:SUFFIXDASH
  .
• "Permit Or License" to "Permit or License" was per
  MOS:TITLECAPS
  .
• The addition of spaces before the pipe characters (|) in references was to help those references wrap in editing windows, and to break up the reference's text long strings, both of which I find make the references easier to edit.
• The addition of a hyphen to "accessdate" ("access-date") was for a similar reason—it eases editing, especially in the small displays of mobile devices.
• I deleted the two carriage returns after the second table in the "Repeaters" section because they were/are causing excess whitespace before the "References" section header.
• Lastly, the addition of the spaces before apostrophes used as bullets was for the one of the same reasons I added spaces before the pipes—it makes the text easier to read when editing.
