Hi, I've copied the article you created to this page, in case you wanted to keep it. It'll probably be removed soon from the main article space as a test page. Friday (talk) 18:39, 25 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

thanks but...

Are you going to read this? Or I am supposed to answer on YOUR talk page?

Thank You for copyying my article, but it wasn't really a test, I'm trying to get people to write this article with me. What should I do?

Thanks,

Nasht

Yep, I'm going to read this. :) I figured it wasn't intended as a test, but I assumed it would look like one to other editors, and probably be speedily removed, which I see it already was. Typically, users are encouraged to start such things in their own user space (such as the sandbox page above) and create the article in the main article space only when it's reasonably ready. Certainly, you can create an article that's small and needs expanded, and others may come along and expand it. However, conversational tone is expected only on article talk pages, not in the articles themselves. I see there's an article that may be similiar to what you were aiming at: Genealogies_of_Genesis. Hope this helps. The links provided in the welcome message above will hopefully help you get started. And feel free to ask me on my talk page if you have any questions.
