Twinkle any time you tag pages for any type of deletion (CSD, PROD, AFD/CFD/RFD/etc.). Twinkle is used by most page patrollers and most administrators because it means you don't have to search out templates or remember them. When you use Twinkle, please set up your Twinkle Preferences to "Notify page creator" and then Twinkle will post a notification on the talk page of the page creator. This is an important step in all deletion processes and I'm sure you can understand that content creators should be informed if an article they created gets tagged for deletion. Plus, Twinkle has a lot of other great features and will even allow you to maintain deletion logs where you can keep track of articles you have tagged and what has happened to them. I strongly encourage you to use it and, if you don't want to, please place your own notifications on the talk page of the article creators when you tag a page for deletion. Thank you very much.
