Well, if you think that some info is incorrect then you should to change such info, but not to delete entire section - such deletions are considered a vandalism. Regarding population of Sarajevo, just read this: http://www.world-gazetteer.com/wg.php?x=&men=gcis&lng=en&dat=32&srt=npan&col=aohdq&geo=-27 South Slavs article clearly say that population numbers are presented according to World Gazetteer data for 2007, not according to official censuses and estimates. PANONIAN 15:55, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I do not have time for this kind of discussion: you did not removed only info that you consider false (no matter that it is not false, but well sourced), but also info that even you do not consider wrong (or you do?). In another words, you did not removed only numbers but you removed whole list of cities, so do you want to say that this list itself is also wrong and that these cities are not inhabited by South Slavs? Regarding "World Gazetteer", it is pretty reliable web site about population of all World cities and it base its information on official data from censuses and estimations, but it also modify such data with certain statistical calculations. In another words, those numbers are not random or "false", but pretty reliable statistical calculations. Of course, since statistics is not perfect, mistakes are possible. Regarding Sarajevo, there was no any official census about population of Sarajevo since 1991, thus any other info that you might have about population of Sarajevo is certainly not more "correct" than data from World Gazetteer. PANONIAN 16:18, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, you say that "World Gazetteer data go against official census (like the one in Croatia)", so I will prove that you are wrong - Here is World Gazetteer data about population of Croatian counties in 2001: http://www.world-gazetteer.com/wg.php?x=&men=gadm&lng=en&dat=32&geo=-98&srt=npan&col=aohdq Examples: Bjelovar-Bilogora 133 084, Dubrovnik-Neretva 122 870. And here are data from official Croatian site with 2001 census data: http://www.dzs.hr/Hrv/censuses/Census2001/Popis/H01_02_02/H01_02_02_zup07.html Bjelovarsko- bilogorska županija 133.084 http://www.dzs.hr/Hrv/censuses/Census2001/Popis/H01_02_02/H01_02_02_zup19.html Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija 122.870. In another words, data about population of Croatian counties on both sites is same - the fact that data for cities look different to you is because Official Croatian site provide only data about population of municipal and administrative areas of cities, while World Gazetteer provide data about urban population of cities only. Regarding data for Bosnia and Herzegovina, last census about its population was in 1991, thus any new data about it from any source is equally unreliable. And I do not need to apologize to you because you was wrong with your deletion of article section. PANONIAN 20:34, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lynx map

Hi, my map is based on this one here, which I thought to be the most reliable as this info is supported by a 1996 World Conservation Union survey. You'll notice there are other maps that differ significantly from mine, such as this one here and here. I could not be sure where they get their data so I was hesitant to use them as a source. The differences in range is probably because the lynx is extremely rare in some parts of its habitat and has only recently been reintroduced in these areas, in which they were extinct in as recently as 1996 (when the IUCN survey was conducted). Anyway, my map is an approximation of data and not a precise rendering. In the map you gave me notice that some of the regions colored are based on single observations, indicating that that the animal's frequency in these places is rare and not a norm. I'm not sure where your map's data was gathered, but if it is a reliable source I can redraw my map with a different shade of red to show possible distribution along with the established range. --Mad Max 02:49, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, I've updated the distribution map using a bordered map from
WP:MAPS with the opacity set low so I could see the country borders for maximum accuracy. If there's anything else wrong with it let me know. Thanks. --Mad Max 04:03, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply

Giove's reverts

Write down Giove's vandalistic-trollic reverts.
All of that is going in one dossier.

Just look at the talkpages of the articles

There's more articles where he spread his POV, but I'm currently focused on these two. The other articles 'll come on agenda later. Kubura 06:03, 6 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Što se tiče Mikalje, smiri se. Revertima se rijetko kad riješi, a korak po korak, plus koje baniranje dobit ćemo suvisao tekst, kad ga već ne možemo zabraniti. A nije ni loše imati vražjeg odvjetnika, time će tekst biti kvalitetniji. --Plantago 14:11, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Suvisao tekst? Marko Marulic talijan?!?!? Mikalja pise "Illyricus=Croata" a ova debilcina tu nekakve bajke o "srpsko-hrvatskom". Nema tu kompromisa, dosta je bilo, moje strpljenje je isteklo. --No.13 14:19, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nadam se da to nije bilo upereno protiv mene. Ja ne pričam bajke i nisam fanatik nikakve sorte.

Tito is DEAD!

May be you cannot realize this reality, but you and your croat friends are writing in the english wikipedia. And we are a community who is used to be ruled by western standards of impartiality. You cannot write falsifications of history like you used to do when the diktator Tito ruled your country: soon or later our community will react against your lies! Be sure of that.

As you can see, until august "direktor of lies" and his fanatics nationalists are not allowed to write their falsities in some articles.....

History of Dalmatia

I "pulled out" the text from the article Dalmatia.
The article itself was a target of vandals, trolls, and various history falsifiers, who try to deny or minimize Dalmatia's Croathood.
So, I've disengaged a little.
I don't have to explode or loose my private life, just because of falling into edit wars or endless fruitless discussions with people (vandals, trolls):
- who don't have their private lives,
- who desperately need medical attention
- who don't have access to opposite gender.
We have other things in life than Wikipedia, we don't have to make a fake world out of Wikipedia, as some vandals here do.
We won in real life, we don't have to create fake worlds on Internet. If someone keeps Wikipedia as his/hers last bastion of their lies (and fiercely defend it), their fake world, that's theirs problem. In the end they'll end in a medical vehicle with a jacket that's been tied from behind. And then all their lies 'll be flushed down the toilet...Kubura 13:10, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

for your speedy work, I was deleting the categories when I was surprised (in a good way) to see you were already at work! It looks like User:Inter-milano created a sock puppet ("Benkovac") to try to do his dirty work again. Keep a watch on those pages from now on, and look out, he changes IP usernames quite often, it will start with the number 124. --Jesuislafete 18:19, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Get ready for more work; looks like User:LAz17 is up to the same thing. I am not worried; his category will get deleted, he's desperately trying to hold on to the category though. Just keep an extra eye on what he does to Croatian pages. --Jesuislafete 20:34, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Please see User:Benkovac's userpage that I consider very agressive and provocative against Croatians. I warned him, but he then mentioned the sources of those comments. I know that generally userpage edits are not up to others, but maybe we should aks intercession or an admin's help. Hvala. --Koppany 10:44, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you're not Afrika paprika, you don't have to worry. He gave terrible explanations. He only said "he's sockpuppet". No reasonable explanations.
Like a spoiled brat who can't make other children behave he wants to. You're his opponent. And he can't stand you because of that.
He also engaged in an editwar together, on a same side, with a proven anti-Croat user, Giovanni Giove (ignoring all previous argumentation!!!) , and that tells a lot about him. Because of that, admins'll have an eye on him. Kubura 13:12, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What do you suggest be done about Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia? The problem is that there is a bosniak who is trying to erase the category of "current situation". I'd like to know what you suggest I do about that. Pozdrav, (LAz17 01:08, 26 September 2007 (UTC)).[reply]
