The article Apurv Gupta has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This page appears to be a slightly subtle attempt to just post a CV/resume. Most of the claims in it aren't
WP:Notable
, and a lot of the sources are primary sources, the subject's websites, tangentially mention the subject for minor note, or don't even appear to mention him at all.

Additionally, the way this was "approved" seems shady, as one account proposed this, and another account with _zero_ history came in out of the blue and endorsed it, and has no edits other than here. It's unclear, but it appears much as though the subject, or someone affiliated, wrote the article based on a CV, then came in with a sock/meatpuppet account to "support" the article. In whatever case, it appears improperly done. MatthewVanitas (talk) 22:27, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be

deleted for any of several reasons
.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
