This does not look like a good name for an encyclopedic article. I suggest you move it to something else, otherwise I think people will vote to delete it.
And also the contents, Wikipedia is not just a repository of any formulas, and stuff, each article should look as if it is part of an encyclopedia.
You can reply here if you have comments. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 16:24, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for the comment. Well I do think this is useful information to put somewhere in an encyclopedia. In traditional encyclopedias you typically have tables listing the standard derivatives of functions, the volumes of solids, etc. This is intended as such a table of results (though, admittedly, at a more advanced level). Anyway, dispatching this information through a number of articles looks less convenient to me, and the information is, I think, valuable enough not to be completely thrown out. --Ollivier 19:39, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- I moved the article to List of formulas in Riemannian geometry which I think is a better name. I am not an expert on the subject matter, so let us see if other people have anything to say. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 20:20, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for the renaming, I agree this is better this way. (By the way, both the plurals "formulae" and "formulas" are correct in English; is there a general policy on the choice to be made?) I just checked, there is indeed an article List of countries by area. Anyhow, from now on I will try to avoid writing lists. --Ollivier 20:39, 2 July 2006 (UTC)]
- Both formulas and formulae are correct, so both are allowed. About writing lists, please feel free to do that, see the many lists we have Category:Mathematics-related lists. I was taken aback by the "cheat sheet" name. :) Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 20:45, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

Dinosaur-bird connection

Well, I am currently trying to actually add some information about the link (e.g. digit homology debates), which definitely goes not under the 'feathered dinosaurs' heading. My goal is to have two separate pages, one dealing with feathered dinosaurs (list of known featherd dinosaurs, description of stages of the evolution of feathers) and another one about the arguments in favor of the dinosaur-bird link. By the way, I find that the bird section on the
