Isinglass in beer

You recently posted spurious and uncited comments on the article covering Stella Artois. Can I suggest that you spend some time studying the science of the brewing process before adding POV comments to a serious article? For the record (go and check it) 98.2% (by volume) of the beer brewed in Western Europe and North America uses isinglass finnings to clarify yeast residue. There is no isinglass "in beer" - it is removed as part of the finning process. By your standards, you may wish to point out that beer contains alcohol and should be avoided by those wishing to avoid a thick head.

This topic has been discussed at length by the Wiki community and, if you bothered to read the discussion page, has been the subject of fair arbitration. You should be bound by this decision.

If you continue to vandalise the Stella page, you will be reported for abuse.

Mike - I accept that your contribution was not spurious and that it is cited. My apologies for clumsy use of english - what I meant was that it was too general. This topic has been debated by the many that contribute to the Stella topic. It was mediated this summer with an agreed outcome. I am not aware that anybody wishes to hide the fact that Stella uses Isinlass - indeed it is covered in the discussion page.SilkTork best highlights the problem, in that is is easier to say with certaininty what beers are suitable for vegans rather than those which are not. Stella Artois (and derivities) is brewed in at least 15 countries, all with slightly different processes. The citation you have used relates only to the UK and could be misleading to other readers

That sounds like a perfect solution. I will drop this case and concentrate on an article about vegan and vegetarian beer/lager. I wish such a statement could have been discussed on the articles by the rv'ing user but some people are less open for discussion I suppose ;) Thanks for your help. Hi again Mike! Sorry for this delayed reply, we've really been getting hammered at work lately -happy holidays! Anyways; yes I do know that the former stores section is likely messed up, but as you pointed out- sorting it out just by looking at edit summaries is pretty difficult. I feel that what has to be done is the same thing I did for the current stores section- find an external reference to fact check the information and to cite that reference. Otherwise there is no way to sort out the facts from the fiction and per
WP:VERIFY, any editor can remove uncited material. The article does seem to have been quiet for more than a day now, perhaps getting a level 3 warning made that anonymous editor do the right thing? Lord & Taylor Store Size

My sincere apology for posting that on his page. I meant it for you.

Anyways, I figured that the statistics on the wikipedia pages for the shopping malls. However, I also came to the following conclusions. I live in Wayne, New Jersey, and the mall store seems to be more like 98,300 square feet than 121,000 square feet. I am also on the Lakeforest Mall website right now, and on the lease plan for the mall, the Lord and Taylor is listed as 150,000 square feet. I do not know how to cite these sources, but I will update the information and check the mall websites for accurate data.

I wonder why you keep reverting edits explaining the recent ousting of Vernon Hill, CEO. This is front-page news and is all fact. If you feel that this information is non-NPOV then please explain to me how, because it seems to me that what you reverted is completely fact. Hi there! Thanks for your message on my talk page. I have been reverting vandalism by CAMDENBEER (Talk contribs) to the Commerce Bancorp page, mostly his comments about political pawns, etc. When I saw today that he added additional information that I assumed was going to be false (I had not yet seen the news report about Vernon Hill and I am a news freak) I removed the information thinking it was false. I later did a google search and was highly surprised to hear Vernon Hill resigned yesterday. Maybe Action News didn't do a story on it? My mistake, regardless. I have created a section on the Commerce Bank page for some of the information, which is fact. The things I deemed to be non-NPOV I removed. The leasing plan for the 1st floor of the mall will load, which clearly shows Gilly Hicks in the Sears hallway.
