GetUp!

Hello! I noticed your edit to the

conflict of interest policy. It is strongly suggested that you refrain from editing articles with which you have a conflict of interest, including your employer. I have reverted most of the changes you made, but with no prejudice about restoring them. Political articles do draw a lot of contention, and that one has been targeted in the past. A better course of action is to add a note to the talk page suggesting edits, and do feel free to write a note on my talk page User talk:TeaDrinker if I can help. --TeaDrinker (talk) 22:31, 8 March 2018 (UTC)[reply

Disclosure of employment

Black hat SEO
.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the

articles for creation
process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Paulmackayau. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Paulmackayau|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 02:57, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
