Welcome

Hi :Pdougherty1, and welcome to Wikipedia! I've written some advice for past students in a similar class at

WikiProject Contemporary music. They have various guidelines for articles in this area and talk pages where you can ask advice from editors experienced in writing articles on classical music and related subjects. You'll find these guides particularly useful: WikiProject Composers: Guide to online research and WikiProject Composers: Copyright guidelines. hoping for some advice

Hi there Voceditenore, I'm not sure if this is the correct way to contact you, but here we are. I am in Dr. Jackson's Future of Music class at Berklee College of Music. I have made some additions to the Wikipedia article for "arranging" that I would love some advice on. My additions are all under the subject "Arranging for Instrumental Groups" and focus on arranging for stringed instruments. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arrangement All the best, Pdougherty1 (talk) 23:33, 24 July 2011 (UTC)Pdougherty1[reply]
