RE:Interstate 110 (Florida)

The mileage represents the center of the interchange, not the location of a specific ramp. Also, the exit is differentiated into 1A, 1B, and 1C, but all three are part of the same interchange and thus should all be on the same line. You would list these out if they were separate interchanges that occurred with the same mile marker. If you feel there is an inaccuracy with the source, the source provides information on how to contact FDOT for corrections.
